Thanks
was about to resort to bodging in RS bolts for a cost of over £200 for 136 gold ones with nuts. RC bolts cost just shy of £350 with nuts, got these for half that. Now to split the 19s and get the centres powdered a satin black.

I don't bother with locking nuts, massive PITA. And as you say, jacking my car up takes effort.
You can get those "Locking wheelnut removers" from Hellfrauds btw.

What type of locking nut is it? If the an OE BMW style then they aren't too bad to remove, you need a big torx bit (T60/70) an a big hammer. If not then a selection of 12point sockets 19mm an bigger should do the trick.Originally posted by Anonymoose View PostSup! I lost my locking nut key and can't get my front wheels off ffs...hope a tyre shop can help coz I've tried the socket method and it aint moving
on a side note, I ordered spacers last nightOriginally posted by MommysLittleMonsterInternet high five for you.

They are a reverse thread and they just latch themselves onto whats left of your locking nut.

Can anyone confirm they'll work, I tried the socket method using a 20mm socket which fits over nicely...
