I dont know...maybe its because you can.see so many good ones and i'm just a hipster kid.

Fast internet research shows: plenty made but most of them are badly done...they seem to be the worst scirocco vert conversion, leaking roofs and rust because the roof was taken off badly...they can be had cheap because most are rust buckets.
approx. 30-40% off all made ones are still existing.
Hornstein seems to make the best Conversions.
