I am so excited.

Finally getting a garage / workshop space. Looked at it today and it's perfect. Sadly no room for a lift, but I'll manage.

Only about 5 minutes from my home and it comes with power and water and even an oil oven. Will need some tidying up, but man am I stoked! Moving my Touring and my other stuff in there starting next month.

Hahaha, we'll see. It's an electric one, and the landlord will be doing some renovations (mainly some cleanup, fresh paint for the walls and close up the holes in the wall to the other room). If he leaves it, I'll have a look at it, see if it is in any kind of working order, haha.
