  • new from the bay area, e36 m3

hey everyone, just became a member. im 17, born and raised in the sf bay area.
first car was a '99 passat.
sold it and upgraded to a '98 m3 couple months ago and been loving it ever since.

however, im totally broke, and no "stance" for me yet.

well, i only have 450 cash right now. so basically not enough to do anything with. looking into some 5 series oem wheels. (to achieve flush-ness), and thinking about tinting the tails, and getting some fogs.

any suggestions on cheap wheel combos? i dont just want flush, but also width. i dont like the idea of putting 205's down in the rear.

would stock e39 m5 wheels work?... used http://www.willtheyfit.com/ and looks like they would only poke, and wouldnt rub on the inside.. has anyone done this?

I would hold off on buying anything at the moment. I went the route of buying some something that was less than exactly what I wanted by cheaping out, and I kind of regret it. I will post pics of my E36 M3 updated and fresh as it will look in a couple of days, and you can be the judge of trying to achieve stance without stretching a lot. Sorry that I am being a bit vague about the details on my car, but I am trying to see how everything is going to come together before divulging details(though I doubt many will care since my car is rather stock-ish).
