Well I have decided to add one last pic with the volks seeing as I had to take her out of storage for a bit today. Look for a build thread coming soon I took the pic with my incredible so it isn't the greatest, I'll have a real shoot once I dial in the new setup.

I wish my daily wasn't the Lex sometimes as the car payment makes the build of the spyder take way longer

Added some more pics from my trip home with the car and my old cars. I won't add anymore pics to this thread... I will create a build thread when my new wheels get in and my car gets detailed (a couple weeks on both) and add all new pics there.

sounds good, i think if i ever got back in the mr2 game it would be with a spyder cause its the only one i have never owned. almost bought one for really cheap but decided i didn't need to own 3 mr2s at the same time.

Thanks guys! I will try to get some more pics up soon and maybe create a build thread. I don't want to give away my new wheels yet but they are staggered and pretty aggressive for what I've seen on spyders. I may have to get some spacers to push the front out a bit but we'll see. If I can't get them to work I'll just stick with the te's. I should be getting the new ones in next week and hopefully mounted the following.

looks good as is. what wheels are you getting to replace the te's? they look great on there the only thing i'd like more is if you could fit a concave face on them. and it figures the year i get rid of my mr2 more and more of them are realizing what right wheel fitment is.

I joined the forum as I just purchased a set of wheels that will allow me to hopefully pull off one of only a few nicely stanced spyders. Here is how she sits now. The wheels I have coming in next week will be more proper for the site so hopefully you guys will like them (not that there is anything wrong with my te's )
