  • E36 SEDAN from the Netherlands!

    Hey everybody!

I'm Michel, 18 years old, and I live in the Netherlands.

I'm the proud owner of my 2 week old BMW e36 316i sedan, manual transmission, NON m3.

After a loooot of years of drooling, looking at nice bmw's, I finally reached the age that I could get my own, and so I did!

The car is in overall great shape, no rust, no funny noises from the engine, and it runs. Only thing wrong is some minor dents, scratches, torn driver's seat and brakes that need replacement (should be delivered next week). It's not the worlds fastest car (102 HP), but it does the job, and I'm more of a looks guy anyway.

I'm going to try to turn this car into a beauty, and since it's my first car I hope to learn alot on this journey. I'll start a project thread aswell, I'll inform you guys on my plans over there.

Well, thats about it. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

    - Michel out.

(PS) I have different rims, they just need new tires!

An E36 has nice lines. There are quite a few guys on here that have turned theirs in to truly beautiful machines. Look for them. I would start HERE and then develop my own style.

Please please don't turn a clean bodied car into a bacon fendered, multi-colored, semi-rusted, scene-point-chaser

    progress IS a slow process

Only want to change the front bumper to an m3 one (this one is cracked), and I want it in the original color (darkblue). Mostly small things, nothing weird like a huge bolt on kit haha
