So two years ago when I originally set up my S/W account I was starting cosmetology school which kept me pretty busy. But I'm glad to be back. Hello again everyone!

First car was a 97 Honda Accord that I auto-x'd the life out of in Boise, ID.
Then I sold that, got an 01' Mitsubitchy lancer that sucked all my money out of me.
Now I have a 99 Lexus ES300. I don't have a whole lot planned for it since my goal is to build a 240 soon. So I will be dumping all my extra money into that. Once the 240 is built I will probably end up coming back and doing more to this car. But of course this will take a while to do. Interior is perfect in the Lexus! I was very pleased when I went to look at it and the interior looked brand new! I definitely will be needing new wheels soon, though. Any suggestions of what might look nice? Also I have seen a few ES300's with body kits of some kind that actually look decent/clean. Open to all suggestions for Lexus if anyone cares to share

Hmm. I was thinking coilovers. Bags could be cool, too. Thinking of making it all white as well. Not a two tone fan. Or just...all one color. Possibly mint. Or white with mint wheels? Mint with white wheels? Faaaaaaa. And definitely need to rid the car of chrome. Not a huge chrome fan.

I'm with you, chrome is eww and two tone is bluhh. Coilovers are cheaper but I've always thought big bodied cars deserve bags. Moarlow and keeps that luxurious feel while driving. But that's just me being me, you be you!

2 tone is the shit when in the right colors(white over goldish beige metallic ftw). Plus, polished/chrome wheels on 2 tone cars always works and has great contrast between the two without screaming "look at me".

Oh yeah, the ES300 isn't a big body unfortunately, as it's based on the xv10 camry. The big body cars were the GS, LS, and Avalon.

All good suggestions. I just don't think I can keep the 2 tone... It just kind of kills me a little inside. I want some type of wheel that resembles bbs RS's or LM's. Mb battles would look dope too, though. But the lexus... Maybe if I drive in reverse it will slide... Or if I take it on an ice rink. Hah.

But oh my gawd. These look pretty dang spiffy.

5zigen heidfeld mesh 3 piece wheels are similar to VSXX's and BBS LM's, same with Rays Arthur Exchange.

The 5zigens are probably the least expensive because it's the least known real wheel that's similar to the others.

Keep it stock and classy body wise. The two tone like you have now is timeless. Just find a way to drop the thing, fit decent wheels that shine and you are gold.

I thought about that as well.. Although the two tone will still kill me inside. Suggestions for coilovers? No lowering springs and cutting them is not an option. lol I also need to redo the paint on the hood/trunk. Rock chips galore when I purchased it. Trunk has a dent with a slit in the paint. I have a temporary fix on that. Eventually will redo both with original color if I keep that color.

Yeah.. Tried finding some Eibach coilovers for it.. Didn't find much lol. Probably will end up going with Tein. I have a 240 piggy bank I may end up stealing from. Feels so wrong... But so right.
