We have brave people in this country who customise their cars, but as we say in here, you're carrying your heart in your hands all the time! There are amazing portuguese projects, but 99% of them are illegal in the eyes of the law!
Car customization in here is risky due to tight law enforcement, if you want to get your car legit, besides the time you lose in burocracy, the money is the other issue!
For an example, if you want to get new wheels and the tyre measurements are not in the documents, you have to go to take tests and if you pass then 200€+ are spent.
Just to get another wheel size!
Other customization are even more expensive to get legal! =X
