Hi StanceCity!
I've been stalking for awhile now and figured it was finally time for me to come out of the woodwork.
I'm not big on stance, but I do enjoy the a lot of the cars here that I see. So don't be expecting any frame-laying in any of my posts. Anyway, here's a brief overview of the story of my current daily; a 1972 BMW 2002.
I bought it about a year ago in San Diego. It's a 2-owner Cali car its whole life, so rust isn't an issue - a few very minor surface areas but nothing structural. The problem is the previous owner seemed determine to drill as many holes as possible in the car. A giant hole in the bulkhead cutout for a crappy sub, numerous speaker/wiring/mounting holes all through the inside, a poor-fitting spoiler and 3rd brake light on the trunk. Someone needs to take all power tools away from him.
But it ran decently, the interior was very modified but intact, and the body and paint is solid. Lots of surface things not to like, but the price was right and the bones were good. Not to mention I don't have to feel bad about chopping it up.

Over the next few months I had Ken from Vintage BMW Racing throw in some Bilstein HDs, H&R springs, 15x8 Beyern wheels, Toyo R1R tires, ST sway bars, Weber 38, and a few other shindigs. You can see all the nitty-gritty up on my wheelwell page.
It sits nicely (I think) and drives even nicer. Like I said, not much for Stanciness.

I do little stuff here and there but my progress is slow since I don't have a garage and have never done any kind of automotive work. For now, I'm just taking my time and driving the crap out of it.
Now that you know my ride, I'd like to shoot yours! I'm a former MotorTrend video producer, now full time freelance photographer. I'm trying to build my automotive portfolio, so I'm always looking for rad rides to shoot. If you're in LA/OC/Southern California and you think your wheels would be a good shoot for my style, let's do it!
A few of my more recent shoots (please excuse the large photos):

(yes, this IS Matt Farah's Million Mile Lexus):

So that's me! None of my friends are remotely interested in cars, so I'm always down to meet up, shoot photos or geek out over coffee/whisky/beer/ice cream/tacos.
