  • Hello from the Styx of Vermont

Hey everyone. Thought Id introduce myself. I own a 2004 350Z touring edition. Wheels are Work Euroline 19x10+10 19x11+10 on 235/35f 255/35r. A bit more work is in store for the rear including some spacers and a bit more of a drop. Work is also planned for the front bumper. This is my first attempt at this particular stance for a car so its still a bit of a work in progress.

    Thanks for looking

                  Thanks everone

Ahh yes.. the wing, home to much debate. Its a love it or **** it item, I constantly get people both online and in real life saying both, there is no middle ground it seems lol.

It was on when I originally purchased the car. The previous owner had it a bit riced out.. this is what she looked like when I brought her home..

Had to get rid of those "ballin" ebay 20's * (seriously cant find any company markings on them tho the offsets arent too bad) and droped her on coils last month.

Personally, I dont care for the wing either.. its on the "to do list". The to do list would be, by now the "to done list" but removing that wing has proved to be a bit of a PITA

Upon removing the hatch liner we found that whoever installed it covered up all the bolts with gobs and gobs of black weather sealent.. you cant even tell what kind of bolts or size allens were used and we cant seem to get the goop off to get at the bolts. Not only that but they only used 3 bolts... two on one side and one on the left...

I'm not sure how to remove the wing other than cutting her up.. which I'm not to thrilled about right now

Eventually she'll go to the body shop and it will get removed and the holes filled in. Also shaving all emblems and rear wiper delete, new front bumper and maybe a lip for it but money is tight now after buying the wheels/coils and test pipes.

I'll admit tho the wing is growing on me some.. just because it rouses so much emotion on the like/dislike front, plus it seems to be somewhat rare in the Z world. I wouldnt mind it so much if the "fins" were color matched I think. I'm more of a less is more man tho, Megan Fox naked > Megan Fox all dressed up. Same with my cars.. just give me nice wheels and a drop, you can keep the rest

And like slwrthnu said check out shift518 if you're not already on it for "local" meets and shit.

Jim can make anything look good! haha. Yeah the car still does need more work, this is just where I'm at in this point in time, I think I'm heading on the right track tho from where I picked up.

I'll definately check the site out
