e39 from finland, also my first thread!

Hi, I thought I'd make a thread about my car, to see peoples' opinions.
I got this 525tds -97 a couple weeks ago, and started to make it look better (imo) right away.

Here's what it looked like when I got it

Then it started snowing and I had to swap those style 32's with steelies..

I got sick of the height, so I bought some Ta-technix coilovers.

The snowing eventually stopped and I had a chance to switch back to the style 32's, 17x8 btw

so yeah, then I tinted the headlights with some black-looking film, and the foglights with yellow.

I also tinted the front side windows, 'cause it looked stupid with just the rears tinted

I then sold my style 32's and got some Beyern Mesh 19's, 8,5" in the front and 9,5" in the back. I also did a windshield tint strip.

Tomorrow I'm getting some way smaller tires, so I can start lowering it more, waaaay more. I'll keep you updated!

new tires

Got some new tires, then lowered the car. The rear is fine but the front needs more low, have to make some modifications to make that happen. Here's all for now.

The fitment is even better, now that I cut half of my bump stoppers off the front shocks. The ride also became much better and softer.

I'm swapping OEM lights in today, The front lights also got some work yesterday, I'll keep ya updated when I get the new lights in.

Haven't been writing in a while. So I took the tints off of my headlights and lowered the car a bit more. I took it to a pro for some buffing, because the paint was full of scratches.
The chromeparts got some black PlastiDip, not sure if I'm gonna keep it that way.



Still would like to do something to it, maybe some spacers to the rear.

Dang this looks good. Normally I dont like wheels bigger than 18s on e39s but this one really pulls it of somehow.
