  • New member, looking for fellow enthusiasts

Hey guys I'm new to this forum I've been an avid reader for quite some time now and finally picked myself up a "project" car to play with,it's a 1998 lexus gs400,pearl white on beige interior. Only owned the car for 2 weeks now and already hit with the itch to modify her. I plan on going with a simple setup, likely static drop and some 19" wheels to get her sitting right. Not really looking to go all out on the car but everyone knows how long that lasts haha. I'll post photos as soon as I get my laptop in order and dust my DSLR off. Any fellow gs300/400/430 owners on here id be glad to hear any hardships you've had with "stancing" your cars, this info would include wheel offsets, sizes, tire sizes etc. I follow speedhunters and stanceworks pretty religiously and hope to get to know fellow enthusiasts, nice to meet you all and wishing everybody a safe and happy New Year!! Cheers.

quick edit heres a couple cell phone photos for now

car goes in mid february for some paint work, has a scuff on the drivers fender and some rust on the roofline where it meets the top of the windshield, going to cost 1100$ to repair the issues but it will be worth it in the long run, looking to get some 19' weds kranze wheels and maybe some stance coilovers,im also looking into an exhaust system and a wood trimmed steering wheel
