  • 36 Sedan from Africa

    Hey all,

My name is Sancho, iv been an avid Stanceworks supporter for a few years now. Love the site, and i love the appreciation of all things Stance.

I own a 96' E36 ///M323i Sedan. Artic Silver. From the day i bought the car, the quest has always been Style and Stance. However, with our roads here in Johannesburg, we cant ride as low as some of you folks (if you are riding a Static setup[IMG][/IMG]). Never-the-less, we push the boundary with how low we can go. With the coilies in and running good, we are turning our sites to more aggressive fitment.

    So here's my ride!

    Please feel free to comment..

            Shot JP!

Yeah, it had some work done. M52 B52 Motor, Tarr Tech CAI, M3 branches, Full Decatted Exhaust System, 3:15 Diff, Chipped and Tuned at Budler.
Gonna replace the Vanos seals soon with Beisan variants.

Car runs well, nothing crazy. This 36 was more driven towards Form

            Love stanced 36's.

              An update of my 36.

              Blacked out lights - Gone.
Replaced with Yellow fogs. Still need to take apart the headlamps and clean the glass properly.
Replaced all Mstripes with German stripes.
              Silver extended lugs.
              DIY Flaired rear fenders.
15mm spacers on the rear tyres as well as adjusted camber to -3.

Still waiting for spacers for the front.

              Some updated pics...

Thanks for all the feedback gents.

Im in Gauteng. Car is a daily.

The german stripes were a test...i like the contrast against the silver.

The wheels are going to get sprayed anthrocite soon

@Sanderz, thanks for the compliment. Im running 8.5J upfront with 225 40 18 tyres. Im still waitong for 15mm spacers, then i will stretch the front tyres to 205s.

                              At the back its a 9.5J with a 225 40 18s and 15mm spacers with worked arches.

The roads here in joburg arent the best, so finding that happy medium between form and function is essential.
