(UK)Noob with Astra Convertible

Hey dude's,

Signed up as Im turning my current car's image around and going for a slammed Euro style,

Only problem is the wheels I want, I have been told won't fit now (crap!) they are Mercedes Amg Monoblock rims 8.5j x18 offset is 32 (i think). My current wheels are onl 7j x17 and the offset for the astra is 35- 45

can you guys suggest ways to over come this , adaptors, spacers what sort of stretch etc

just run some adapters and decent stretch and youll be fine with that fitment id think, no clue tho really as ive never seen an astra

Looking forward to seeing the AMGs on your car, a very nice choice IMO. Just bought a Coupe Turbo recently myself and was looking into the possibility of fitting those wheels in particular. I think FK automotive do hub-centric adapters to fit those wheels.

Thanks guys, yeah think the ones above are 17's , tried my 18's on tonight , no rubbin woop woop but the tyre is mahoosive so changing it from a 225/ 40 to a 215/35 hopefully gimmie some stretch then I can wind the coilovers down to a suitable height will post up some pics once done
