Somebody recognize this E46?

Hello everyone, I'm new here.
I'm looking for BMW E46 Coupe to buy, and I found a car with Your logo "StanceWorks Low is a lifestyle". It's 328Ci.
This car is originally form Switzerland, now in Poland. It looks like on picture. I'm looking for some info form the Swiss Owner of this car. Somebody recognize this car?

Yeah it's weird, but in Poland there is a lot of problem with buying used cars. Dealers often cheat with km mileage and accident damage of cars.

Unfortunately there is a limitation for post searching engine.

Looks like a stock 328Ci to me. Maybe someone in the regional section can identify it.
