Welcome! Glad you made yourself an intro thread.
Like I said before, those touren wheels don't look good for VIP.
You could buy these and refurb them. They are made by BBS IIRC, but you would need to run an adapters or redrill them though.
As far as lowering, we posted as much as there is out there for lowering this model optima, coilovers aren't cheap. It might just be worth getting some coilover sleeves and making them work with your stock shock, or go with a KYB excel G or GR-2 and put it on coilover sleeves.

thanks for the input i'm just kinda exploring my lowering options as this id my dd for the family still real undecided on wheels but definitely looking at other options then touren cause id like more lip and to be as low and as flush as possible but ive read these cars develop camber issues when lowered so also trying to solve that issue as well im basically in the planning and saving stage till i decide on a way to execute i would ride on air but the wife doesn't want me doing heavy mods on our daily

These are for a sonata of that generation. Do you know if they share suspension setups? Not many people lower their optimas.
If those won't work, you need to find a coilover sleeve that has a similar diameter to the strut body. It can't be exact, or it won't fit, it has to be within a few mm.

everything i have seen says the sonatas are setup different i know the rear is totally different cause my step dad has a 06 sonata so same bodystyle as my optima and its rear is strut based not coil in control arm pocket based the fronts might work though im not sure
i really like the stance and wheels on this sonata its on neotech ve which i know are available and i might go for the le with adjustable damping rather then try several setups and throw money away
