like i said on the 190revolution forum, I love the 8 holes. But with the smaller tires wont you have more wheelgap? are you planning on making the car lower? spacers to poke them out a little? Also is your car smoke silver or the now notorious "best color ever for a mercedes and super rare" champagne metallic ?

I want to cut a coil on both front and rear, but I fear that will be too low and destroy the front lip. I'm using this as a dd in our crazy Canadian winters

LOL at your last sentence. He is becoming infamous isn't he? My colour is Smoke Silver but I'm on the border of painting it black in my garage.

it would be a shame to mangle the front bumper setup you have going, im very envious of it. and i am partial to black 190's myself since i look at one everyday, but if i was to choose another color it would be that surfblau thingy or the smoke silver. are thinking straight black or 199?

Sold the 190 and decided to build my SLK to stretch and poke status.

Still working on the stretch and poke though

Picked up some new wheels:

19 x 8.5 ET35
19 x 9.5 ET35 - Nice concave in the rear








Got rid of springs and picked up these babies:




Dropped the car even lower to the point where I can't fit my 19s anymore lol.

Gotta do some fender work and spacers to get them to fit, so right now I'm on 17s.



Doesn't look low in the pics but I'm about 2.5 inches off the ground.

Wheels are getting sent off to a refinishing company today... Going for a machined face with hyper silver windows .

Car should be done by the end of September!
