  • New guy in WNY

Greetings from the land of potholes, sponge candy and pop!
I go by pickles on most forums but that appears to already be taken. I drive a 2010 Chevrolet Aveo hatchback, with quite a few modifications, and I track my car in the summer at auto-x events. Shes sitting on VW MK1 coilovers, 15x6.5 in wheels, et38 with 25mm spacers all around. I have plans on purchasing some 15x8 wheels some point this summer and stretching my 195/45r15 rubber on. Anyways heres a couple pictures

I needed to clean the car when this picture was taken, but it is mainly to show the rear camber

I always liked this picture, this is when i did a red plasti-dip stripe on the bottom, it came out uneven haha and i removed it

Performance mods include: Trifecta tuned for 93 octane
    Racing seats and harnesses
    Cold air intake
Badnewsracing stainless header (for 1.8 sonic)
Full 2.25in straight pipe with one 18" glasspack (i set off car alarms all the time haha)
I think that just about covers it!

never checked this thread, my bad. the headers will only fit the 09+ aveos with the 1.6 ecotec. the downpipe needed some cutting and bending to bolt up right. if i had the materials i couldve made a jumper flange piece.

gumina, niagara county area. i bounce around a lot, im mostly in lockport/clarence.
in other news my new wheels arrived

        15x8 et25

Last picture looks pretty funny, but otherwise this thing is sweet for a Chevy Aveo, definitely different!

+1 for the crap roads up in the Northeast.

What endlinks are you running. Your Stock ones or the modified one to make the coilovers fit?
