  • My old school Benz

I have been a member on here for a while, but have never posted my car, so here are a couple of pics of my daily 74 280. M110 engine. 107k original miles. I am riding on cut springs but it still rides fine. The wheels are Ronal R9s off an 80's AMG. My friends Mason Gavin and Brad Robinson from Adrift Productions took these a while back. I have had her for a little over 4 years now.

This is my current project, a 1992 GTI with a G60 swap.

Digging the benz so much. Always had a soft spot for the old ones.

I really like the belt straps holding the hood down, any future plans for her?

I cut 3 in the front and 2.5 in the back. I'm using the stock shocks.

I'm hoping to do bags eventually but for now I like how it sits. I am planning on changing the wheels out this year and possibly changing the color. Maybe a couple of small things on the interior as well.

It looks spot on IMO, really doesn't need to go any lower.

Thanks! I feel the same way. Bags are more of a pipe dream for this car.
