Looking for ideas - 2006 Mustang Convertible

Too many ideas, not enough money at once, but the next project will be wheels and tires, prepping for a drop. Already plannin on switching to a black cloth top to get away from the tan vinyl.



But, I live in DFW and slammed isn't really possible on my daily driver. I am looking at a small drop of 1.5 inches in the back and 1.4 in the front and I already have 25mm Eibach spacers in back to help flush the cavernous rear wells. I'm more interested in a flush and filled wheel wells and a nice dropped look. I may end up switching some springs around to get the right amount of drop.

Looking for ideas on wheels. I want to avoid the standard five spoke wheels that everyone puts on their mustangs.

My advice: even if you're just doing a mild drop, get coilovers, not springs. I assure you that once you get used to your roads and you spend a little time on here, you'll want to drop it some more. Everyone has bad roads, you just get used to it

I probably will. I once thought that all I wanted was simple Hondo for a daily driver.

Now I'm looking at forged engine internals in my future...

But we'll see.
