I'm new and looking for possible help! (or answers)

Hey guys, I found this forum by trying to look up a list of awesome things I could do to a 1990 Volkswagen Jetta. I couldn't find anything really. I will be getting my dream car (this mark 2 Jetta) here in a week or so. It seems to have everything at stock level. I'm still debating about lowering it or not, but what I really need help with is trying to find where I can find parts for it to make it look the way I want it to. (Neck Breaker Status)

I'll post pictures as soon as I get the car to my house!

I'm in the U.S. (fyi) but here were some things I'm looking for:

-Euro fog lights? (where to get them and how to install)
-If there is any way to get a custom license plate in the US that looks like a Euro plate?
-Body modification suggestions? And where to get the parts for it?
-A cool paint color?
-Different grill and where to get one?
-What kind of rims should I look at?
-Tinting light? (yes or no)
-And finally... How much cash would be a reasonable amount to invest in my new baby? (with the knowledge that I'm a college student)

Pretty much everything in the car scene is opinion. You are going to like something and someone else wont, no matter what you do. Just do whatever makes you happy like MoHNKE said.
