New from Australia ==> Cooper S

Names Daniel from Sydney and I own a 2012 Cooper S Coupe R58. Need a bit getting used to in terms of looks but I LOVE IT!

Some pictures of the car. So a while back I got the car. Didnt touch anything on it for quite some time and now the modding starts.
So in the beginning...











And then the modding starts. Plasti dipped all the chrome bits (Grille, brake ducts, rear fog trim and the rear boot trim). Then changed it again.... Carbon Fibred the door handles and the boot handle trim.

Changed the wheels...







Then the work started with changing to coilvers to lower the car. ST Coilovers supplied by BMR Autowerkes ( thanks guys! )




The rear with the front still stock





Doing the front took a bit of time for only one side. Once we figured out how to do it, the other side took about 20 minutes tops.

Also changed the interior with a Satin White wrap to get more of a contrast on the interior





And also did a change on the spoiler

A little few days ago, had a bit of an impulse buy on new wheels. They are Forged Advan RZ DF 17x7 wheels and scored it with wheels at under 1k AUD

Got the CF replacement for the Buttons on the steering wheel



Slotted and Dimple drilled rotors. Also changed the pads to the new Remsa ones to reduce the dust :P



Really lovin the destriped look to be honest, so much cleaner!

The video was done in a C300 actually and part of it was a test at how much data I can recover on the sky when we blow the exposure up and the answer was,..... ALOT!

Had a thought about manual off course, I drive about 1500kms a month in peak hour traffic to work every damn day, and manual seemed a bit too much haha. But then the killer was they offered me a car with auto with all other options I wanted and when I said my price which was about 20k AUD lower, they said yes so i couldn't resist But even at auto, it's still my favourtie car to drive to date!

Looks great, all mini's look better without stripes IMO. The gold wheels on the red look good!
