Amount of stretch for 16x8's?

Hi guys newbie here. I have a 1994 saab 900 turbo convert and want to drop it on some steelies but not really sure what tire size to get. I want a good amount of stretch, but nothing crazy. I wanted to know what your guys opinions were on the width and height I should buy. Gonna get 16x8's with a -12 offset. Thanks

Check out tyrestretch.com. That site has a good amount of pictures on different wheel sizes with different tire sizes.
