love the lip too am i mistaken or is there like a clean red/clear tail combo you can get for these in the very last few models it looks way cleaner then the mid 80s ones? maybe its the heckblende kit you can get for the rear & i dig it. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313467265.jpg

I believe all 944 Turbo's in NA had the same tail light. Even the later versions. You can do a custom job such as the attached. I prefer the original. The lip was a replacement of the batwing that was cracked.
