Hello everyone,
Here is my 1995 VW GTI GLX VR6.
This was the first project car I had ever bought ($1000). And it was definitely a project.
When I first bought the car, the hood and roof paint had terrible oxidization. The car had a terrible misfire, and the driver-side window was smashed. Had the roof and hood immediately painted to match the rest of the car. Fixed the misfire and replaced the window.
My first mods were a euro plate, amber fogs and a euro lip. ( I was in college and didn't really have a budget).
Drove it like this for a year and a half. Then Finally bought B&G coilovers to get rid of the 4x4 status.
Graduated college and finally put a little more money into it. Bought some "new" wheels audi TT 17" ( paid $20 off craigslist) painted them and wrapped them 205/40r17 tires. Bought new MK4 look headlights and ambered them. And thats it! Now its my daily driver.. I picked up a 85 mercedes-benz 500sec to put on bags as my next project.
