  • Long time listener, first time caller from the mile high

    Hello Stanceworks,

Colorado has a lack of stance. I however love it. Not willing to leave the best city in the country, so I guess I will have to do it alone. Currently daily driving a 2002 bmw 745i, and have been for the past 6 years and I'm sick of it. So after looking off and on for 2 years, I found the Bavaria that I have been looking for.

I am sorry for the cell phone pics in advance, and for some reason the cell pics look especially bad. I have to work all week and won't be able to snap proper pics, but this weekend I will.

I got the car from a guy that has owned it since '86. The car was completely restored in the mid 90's including a freshly rebuilt 3.5 out of a 87 735i and a freshly rebuilt 5 speed getrag 265. All suspension was replaced, as was the body, paint, and interior. The car had done about 30k miles since the restoration, but has not been driven much in the last few years and is starting to need some freshening to be a show car quality again.

I'm excited to get started, and plan to make this my daily driver.

    Initial plans are:

    Wheels
    Coils/air(undecided)
    Big brakes
    Motronic fuel injection

    And thats it.

    Thanks for listing Stanceworks

Oh wow. I am totally in for this especially since I'm in the Denver area! I vote bags on the Bavaria. That way you can cruise in comfort and dump it at the touch of a button. They're such classy cars...

Come out to Hot Summer's Night on July 20th, I'll be there in my E30.
