Well, my names Jason, up until several days ago i daily drove my b5 s4 avant. til finally the drivers side turbo gave up the ghost. 214k, original turbos. i can't complain. but i just don't have the motivation/funds to work/dedicate on this car right now. So she's getting tucked away for a while.

    -no cats
    -ecodes
    -H&R springs
    -custom downpipe back exhaust,
    -710n's
    -darintake
    -tipchip
    -aggressive stage 2 flash

It's quick, kind of low, and sounds amazing.

So the hunt begin for a new daily. I had no idea what i wanted or even how much money i wanted to spend. I decided that i wanted something easy to work on, good on gas and wont nickel and dime me to death every time i drive it. after some looking around i had pretty much decided on a Mk4. I asked a friend of mine if there was anything to watch out for when buying one etc etc. And he surprised me with me the response buy my old daily. so i go look at it this morning the paints done its got spray painted panels, it faded etc. BUT it runs like a champ 2.slow auto 144k miles jetta. the interior is for the most part in one piece too. Best of all, no rust or rot on the body. And for 500 bucks how could i say no?

    Agenda:
-any sort of basic maintenance it might need.
    -find/replace the broken interior bits.
    -coilovers
-some form of wheels probably in a 17x9 or so.
-sand/smooth whats left of the paint/ do any body work it needs.
-then more than likely a wrap it.

its more than likely not going to be any sort of fast build as im sure i will end up spending money on the S4 at the same time, but it'll get done.

well in a strange turn of events the jetta is being forgotten about and is going to continue to be used as a boring beater. A local guy i know hit me up with some interest in my avant, which while not really trying to sell if the right offer came along id walk away. And what do you know about that he made me a trade offer i couldn't refuse. Next thing you know the wagon was on a trailer.

getting dropped off at her new home where hopefully she will end up getting fixed. and then when went to pick up the new to me car.

it's not perfect by any means but i will have alot more fun with this than the s4. and ive always had a soft spot for S14's. but hey, a broken s4 for a 95 s14 with an Rb20 and a decent amount of other fun stuff. Done deal.

it needed a little bit of work. but i was under the assumption nothing to major, just some ball joints, exhaust work and it'd be good to go. well i was wrong the suspension is basically a death wish. so it's all getting replaced. thats the down side to living in a state with out any sort of inspection, i see sketchy cars like this all day.

parts have been ordered, the works been started only up hill from here though.
