Intro:

My Name is Ben.
Hello StanceWorks community. I'm not quite at the level of having my car where I want it, in relation to form, but regardless:
It seems rather ironic that I'm introducing myself here, as I never planned on taking this route. I've resided in the Pacific Northwest my entire life, and I grew up as a partially farm and rural kid. I liked trucks, and I figured my first vehicle would be a small ranger or something of the sort (love Ford pickups, don't care what anyone says).
Anyways, my best friend inspired a new passion of cars in me by his consistent and persistent work on his old Subaru (His original build thread on the Legacy forum as the RallyWagon name, and here under the Zwingfilms Build name). I quickly became intrigued at the ingenuity of Subaru boxer engines (in particular in the EJ25 blocks), and I loved the way they purred down the road with that unique Unequal putting. I figured why not; I'll get a Subaru too. They have possibly the best All Wheel Drive system, lower center of gravity with the boxer builds, and mostly just look great.
Didn't expect it, but I picked up a 99 Forester. Bone dry stock, with a recent seal build and 5 Speed conversion from a GC8. I quickly got onto modding it, but I loved the offroad capabilities...but then I started to feel the need to lower. And go lower. And lower. And I still feel that way. As it sits now, there are many things I plan to do this summer to get it looking better, but I'll save it for then. As it sits:

That Last Picture is a shot from a GoPro mounted on Katie Smith's famous Rumble Wagon in Seattle while my buddy Zach filmed from my Forester (slightly outdated photograph).
Now on to:
Current & Important Mods:
I need to cop up and buy a set of the Megan Coilover Spanner Wrenches. I can't adjust the front perches and go lower up there, which is what I need to do. I'm currently running full negative camber (not seen in the pictures). I'm working to get this thing looking sweet, and maybe in the near future I'll pull a EJ255 or 7 swap. Maybe.
For a more extensive build/progress thread, check out my post over on the Forester Forum where you can see my original plan was to call it the Rally Fozz: RallyFozz Journey
Thank you, and stay Stanced my friends.
