  • Newbie trying to do something different

Hello Everyone! I'm a long time fan of the stance scene, and this summer I will be Semi-stancing my 2012 Dodge Avenger. Don't laugh, It's actually a really nice car. The only problem is the lack of aftermarket support. So I will be tracking my progress and asking for a little help along the way. Plans are currently Coilovers, concave VIP style wheels, slightly stretched tires, slotted brake rotors, and possibly a vinyl wrap on the roof. Any other suggestions and tips are welcome. Here's a few pics:
That wheel gap is nauseating, isn't it?

    One at night:

How low I wish I was. Ha.

    This, however, is my inspiration.

Cant wait for this. Never seen an avenger build. I think with the right wheels, and a Vip type grille, and the right amount of low, you could flip the avenger scene on its side. Good Luck! ill be following this closely. Should get interesting. Also, Where are you in northeast ohio? im currently building my infintii sedan and would love to meet up and see progress

There are actually quite a few Avenger owners that want to start heavily modifying our cars. The problem is that no aftermarket companies believe that there are enough of us. At the moment, no companies make a full suspension for the Avenger. So getting low is not as easy as we would like. And I am from the Canton area.
