Hey i figure i should make an intro thread finally since i just finally posted once elsewhere. I have been lurking around for about 3 years now haha. Always ended up on mye28 for most things, but i have a couple of interesting builds in the works so it might be time to start posting =]
I am a student in Colorado, going to school for aviation maintenance science. I got bit by the euro bug awhile back when i was 18 and my friends mom sold me an '83 porsche 944 with a rebuilt engine for $1300. It had been sitting for awhile, but i turned it into quite a fun little thing. Then i ended up going through a bunch of old BMWs, starting with a 325ix which i never should have sold, then a 535is which a 'friend' of mine totaled a year ago and hasn't given me a dime so far haha, an 88 M5 which was a bit rough but a ton of fun. I recently traded the M5 for an 83 533i and some cash, and that is the vehicle that will be getting interesting. Also i have a 1966 Toyota Stout which needs some lovin but it will get there.
I don't really know if i'm supposed to write like a damned novel in this thing. So i'm sorry about that. So anyway i'll put the details for that in a build thread which will probably be very slow. Probably called something like BMW e28 1uz =]
