Yeah I used to have a S197 GT and there would always be people thinking about swapping motors into their V6 but it's not worth it. By the time you get the proper rear end, brakes, transmission, etc. You would of been better off selling the v6 and getting a GT.
I would probably just do simple bolt ons like you said, exhaust, intake, tune and coils/wheels.Comment

SC the v6, cheaper than a swap and should make just as much power.
