    Good Evening! Im Jim from Lincoln, England

    Having been born and raised here, speaking the queens, I tried to think of a whitty and stereotypical greeting you Americans (and other countrymen) would generally reconise a Brit saying, but I think I have failed!

    I have had stanceworks site as my homepage now for longer than I care to remember and I must say Im having a bit of a "Love, ****" relationship with it. Reason being, I see a photo (some awsome photographers by the way) of a sick car and think to my self "hey, I never knew one of them could look so dope, I wouldn't mind trying that my self" then an hour or so later, I refresh my page and you have another totally awesome ride on there.. this is where the **** part comes in. I **** it that I can't seem to make my mind up on what I want to own and add my own style to next.

    I sold my last wip back in June due to various reasons, and I will soon be in the market to buy again, and im getting very itchy to get a project moving, I need a cure for the itch.

    This was my previous car;

    1990 Mk2 Golf GTI. - Alpine White with just over 150k miles on the clock.

    This is how it looked when I bought it:

    Having aquired some G60 arches, which have become very expensive and rare in the uk (not sure about the US?) I removed the old ones and fitted the new:

    Then down it went on cheap ass hot tuning coilovers

    I also aquired a genuine Bonrath single headlight grill, and did the tornado red pin stripe detailing

    Some Porsche D90's were then purchased along with H&R adapters:

    They were painted white, with a red pinstripe and fitted with 165/45s . Too narrow for my liking but lack of money meant I had to make do, however about 3 months before I sold it I found to 8.5inch wide D90s and fitted them.

    Here were the results:

    Hope you like

    awesome! I'd try on some fatter adapters and a more prominent red striping on the wheels.
