W124 in New England

Hey all, the name's Aaron. Just got my hands on a '93 400e. Been looking around the site for sometime now and finally decided to introduce myself. I'm just starting out so suggestions are welcome...

I don't have many decent pics as of now (stupid blizzard) but I'll post some more when things clear up.

In the short term I want to lower it (of course). I've looked up a lot of different ways to lower these cars but I can't decide what's the best option. Cutting the springs is not out of the question but I would prefer something else (coilovers, etc).

I'll probably change the wheels. They are monoblocks currently so they're not that bad but I would love some aero I's or II's.

I want to keep it clean and I've always liked the euro look (especially the 500e style lights).
My brother and I talked about doing a joint/twin build since our cars are so similar yet different.
