And for tires, would 205/55 fit better or 215/45? Or should I wait til I have the springs installed first?
How about 215/40? Idk about tire sizes, since you aren't getting wheel to fender fitment on springs.... not sure if you would want stretched tires at all. at least give it a wide stance with some spacers!
@ AmnKyle@911th - About how big of a spacer? (sorry, still learning about tire fitment lol)
@ MommysLittleMonster - I was going to get Volk TE37 but they're $2000 and I need that money for the turbo setup lol. It's hard finding good rims with 4 lugs.
For a useable flushish stance 7 wide can work on first gen coupe with a lil spacing. 7.5 will be almost perfect without a bunch of fitment issues. I have a 96 sc2 and a 94 sw2 vastly different wheel look to them.
[Cant recall if this was just the sprint 2.5s or both heights] Watch when the Sprint springs settle there maybe chatter in the axles from the angle. Ask around on sixthsphere for personnel experiences.
You know who Jason is? Anyone here read the Bible or know most of the stories etc? Who's the guy that stands at the gate and decides if you get into heaven or not? That's Jason. He processes everyone in the intro threads and welcomes them.

Well what is you're price range for wheels?
and no clue on spacers, I'm going to guess on my car, which is a different body style
Well i'm trying to stay under $1000 that would be good, so I can finish the turbo setup as well.
I might get 7" wheels with a 1" spacer and have it poke out a little bit. Or hopefully a spacer just a tad smaller so it can be as flush as possible. Still looking around, i'll let you know what spacers I come across to help with your build as well

Thanks man I would appreciate that.
There are ALOT of better wheels for under 1000. Or even just over 1000 (like 1100 including shipping). Cast Rotiform wheels, like the BLQ and NUE are around that price, just a little over your budget when you factor in shipping.
Also, you can get alot of used wheels as well for a good price. I was looking at Emotion 11R's for that price at one point.
RPF1's I feel with meaty tires would give you a pretty sick look to your car. Especially since it's boosted. Since you aren't going low enough to "stance" it, persay, try a 17x8 RPF1 with a meaty tire. Should be in your budget for a new set.
I think with that much offset that the wheel should come pretty flush or poke out a little with the front fender. If I get a 0.5" or 0.75" spacer for the rear it should poke a bit and overall give it a pretty good stance. And widen the track in the back as well, I read somewhere that the rear tires have a shorter track that the front.
