1978 620 from TN

Lurker for a while, this is my first post.

This is my 1978 Datsun 620. Picked up for a steal, threw on 3" blocks in the rear.






Gonna change the paint, wheels / tires are in the mail, and hopefully it'll be on bags before the year's out.

Thanks man! To be honest, my choices are limited because of the 6-lug setup. But for now, I found some 15x8 Cragars to tie me over until I get adapters / a new suspension. Kinda similar to the ones that the guy with the yellow / orange 620 (metalmonkey?) has.

I let a set of the Rallys slip through my fingers about a week ago. So bummed.

Good eye! And they're 14's. As far as the green goes, I don't mind the color, but the PO did it himself and did a REAL bad job. Up close there is sag, and he painted right over some of the rust!

Oh well, I'm considering just sanding / sealing whatever is underneath. I'm really into the Ratsun style.

Thanks man! The late-era 620's were always a favorite. And a build thread will come soon. My camera's busted so I've been behind on documenting. I'm gonna snag a friend of mine's soon and I'll start one. I might try to get some half-way decent photos to the showroom, as well.
