I like cars. Lots of cars. Old cars, new cars American cars, Japanese cars, Russian cars. I have owned 1961 VW bug 1964 Oldmobile Cutlass 1995 Camaro Z28 I am currently working with a 1989 Ford Mustang notch back but I am not a typical mustang owner I have always wanted one because of their low weight good looks and lots of aftermarket stuff. I kinda want to put a GM LS motor in it but still undecided. I want it to look weird with maybe some Japanese wheels Chevrolet motor and maybe some rally inspired body work. What brings me here is my love for wheels. I think they make or break a car and can influence the whole feel of a vehicle. I hope to learn a lot here and occasionally might tell you your wheels suck.

I wish I had pics all I have is a crappy one of a crappy 64 cutlass and a boring mustang but if you insist...BTW its a photoshop mine is currently on some sweet 14" 80's wheels with matching 80's tires.

here is a sketch I did I am working out which direction to take the mustang. I want to do something that isnt the typical mustang.

I would think some fender flares, wide ass steelies, mudflaps, white out the trim, and an rs200 inspired light setup would give it a rally inspired look. Oh yeah, also door mirrors, like these http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/mm...apr_mirror.jpg

thanks dood. I have thought about running custom steelies pretty scared of it though not sure how to measure the wheels up and how it would look need to do some photoshop methinks.

Flares is something I have been looking into thinking of building some box flares or buying some fiberglass fenders and quarters.
