    Hello,

1st post with some pictures and questions.

2009 Arctic White Mercedes Benz E350
    CKS Coilovers w/ Swift Springs

    CKS Coilovers:

    Stock front vs CKS front:

    Installed:

    With room to go lower:

    How it currently sits:

    HRE test fit:

I'm going to pick up my wheels soon and was debating which tire size I should go with and which brand. I know some tires stretch differently and some sit taller/lower than other brands. Can anyone drop some knowledge/share some information with me?

    20x9.5
    20x11

I'm thinking about going 275/30/20 since I think 265/30/20 will be too much of a stretch for me.

    Thanks in advance!

Doesn't need to be MB specific. Just need some knowledge on tire stretching and what not.

sick car, awesome potential. i also have no knowledge. But your going to need different sizes up front then in the rear.

it seems like 275 will fit nice on the back, maybe 265 up front? i really dont know haha, and im sure its kinda hard to find the answer on mercedes forums. Find a SW member with a simular set up and message him some questions.

This also depends on how much camber your going to be running. Did you do any mesurements with the wheels on?

With your wheel specs, you should be fine with 275 in the back and 255 in the front. I think those size will give you a little stretch

@yadabi: i was thinking the same thing about 275's in the rear. i think the 275's will provide the perfect amount of stretch without going overboard.

@masonbarnard: yeah, obviously have to run staggered tires. and yo'ure right about the MB forums. lame as shit TBH. i plan on running -3 in the rear and -1.5 in the front and the wheels are currently getting re-done by WheelFlip. should be done soon though, so i'll take some measurements and pictures once i fit them.

thoughts on rake? yay or nay? i'm a little raked right now but in order for me to lower my rear, i need to drop the whole rear and remove the shock then adjust the spring..not looking forward to doing that for the 4th time..

I would wait to see how it looks after you get the wheels sorted. Then decide if it's worth the trouble. Though it does look like you'll have a bit of room to go lower.

                    All in all, looks great!
