Ok... So I am pretty new to this whole forum thing, but not the car modification scene. I finally crossed the streams and bought a quality '89 E30 (325i-manual) from the original owner last summer and I have been slowly modifying it to fit the E30 culture, and my personal tastes/vision.
I have a couple of pics of the car on the way back from Colorado Springs, CO. where I bought it, but for some reason I am unable to upload them at this time. SO(!) I will just say that it was 95% all original with 124k miles on it, and it is Royal Blue with grey cloth interior. It now has a brake upgrade and a simple audio upgrade done to it so far. I also just purchased a new front "is" spoiler, and I am looking to add a splitter also.
Lastly, if anyone knows where or whom I can purchase a Euro specific "rot (rote) heckblende" please let me know, send them my direction, etc. I have one on my car but it was just damaged beyond repair and I REALLY want another one... but not one that is beat up and/or already broken as I think I am going to see about having some made from a local automotive plastics company. This is just a thought right now thought. Anyone agree to this idea?
