Hi all. I've been checking out the ever amazing StanceWorks for over two years now, found through Racer86's blog. It was my morning train ride entertainment every day before I moved closer and started walking to work. Anyway, I have been rocking the S|W sticker on my car since early 2010 but finally set up a profile a few days ago to start getting notifications and posting a couple pics of my car.
That said, I drive a 2004 Hyundai Accent HB. This is the photo when new:
I bought it new (and cheaply) back in 2005 and don't have any intention of buying something new or different, unless an E21 or EF hatch falls into my lap... I have done a few things to the car, and my tumblr account is a good place to begin.
My Tumblr account
I thought I would start a build thread here to catch everyone up to speed, as it seems to be a fun way to organize everything in a clean timeline. Anyway, I have a few plans for the car, but they tend to change on a weekly basis (like most others here), and I don't want to waste any more money. As the proverb goes, slow and steady wins the race.
I hope this is the start of a beautiful friendship.
