It looks like someone stripped off finish from the lips, but not completely; there are still patches of nasty clear all over them. The bolts are nasty and there's some curbing. The center caps are really not in great shape. But they still look alright from a distance.

Been trying to figure out what the problem is. I had my battery tested and it's good. I pulled the radiator back out and turned the crank nut by hand, which seemed to loosen everything up pretty well. The starter could turn it with the plugs out. After I put the plugs back in, it can't turn it, even after having it jumped off of another car. Thoughts?
