  • New guy from CFL

Hey guys, my name is Aaron and I'm mostly active on the Cfleuro.net forums. I've been checking in on the forums here for a little while now and I must say there's some very sick stuff going on.

I've got a 2009 VW GTI that I daily drive. Had it for about a month and a half now, so it's just got a GIAC stage 1 tune and a set of FK Sport Edition plus coils right now.

Yes, I know my stance needs work. Hopefully rolling the fenders and getting some spacers soon.

And on to my second car, stationary at the moment with some engine problems. My 1974 BMW 2002tii. Most definitely NOT stanced, lol.

    Thank for looking!

That 2002 would look pretty good dropped on those wheels. Panasports are so classy...

        Welcome to Stanceworks.

Yeah I would love to drop it a lot lower but like I said I'm having some rather frustrating engine troubles that need to be worked out before all that. Once I wear out those Bridgstones I'll get some smaller tires, figure out a camber solution and get some more lowness.

Ditto to that! Always a good thing finding some Orlando stanceworkers. The GTI is looking real nice, but WOW, that 2002 has some serious potential. I've been real tempted to pick one up as a project car to add to the e28 and get it nice and stanced, (don't think of selling it without sending me a PM first).

You would know if you read MY intro thread

A place for the new guys to come and post their proper introductions.

I got an email back from Afco Racing parts...they want basically $269 without shipping for all of the parts. Then I have to make an upper perch and get it welded onto the coilover sleeve. I've talked to the guy who owns Kaplhenke racing and I can get EVERYTHING for the rear with Eibach springs (whatever height and spring rate I want).....for $300.

So I'm pretty much sold. Now just need to scrounge that up real fast lol

I LOVE them. It's definitely not a soft ride, but it's nothing unbearable. The nice thing about this set is that they're dampening adjustable so you can set the stiffness.

And Colonel, don't worry I definitely have some plans for the 02.

I've seen your car around the UCF side of town. You should come out to the CFLeuro meet one Wednesday night!
