Yes the tires are rolling bigger than they're supposed to (for it to be close to stock rolling diameter) the fenders were made around the wheels though so it works

What I was trying to ask here



was literally, how do you put the wheel on the car? I realize it has larger rear fenders then stock.

The rear tire diameter looks like it's larger than the wheel well opening diameter. Did you literally build the widebody around the wheels?
