  • Allow me to introduce myself

Just another played GTI, I'm stationed in San Antonio right now, but once i get back to Ohio in June, i'll be driving her till I find a new toy. Some of the pics are a bit old, right when i got my wheels and stance set.
The day i brought her home

what she looks like now DISCLAIMER: there are no longer stickers on the back window, but like i said, i've been away from home from a while and have no recent pictures.

Disregard missing Lug Bolt, IDK where it disappeared to and i had no extra extended bolts at the time

I love the car to death and i think it taught me a lot about the "Stance Scene" but i want to move on to bigger and better things, a.k.a. a more mature style. With me being stationed quite a few hours from home i want something I can cruise the highway in and not be completely miserable. Hope you enjoy

I agree, it is. But my big thing is, i want a balance of performance and somewhat luxury. there's no way in hell i'd drive 20+ hours to home in my GTI. But i bought the gti when i was 19 years old and i was just getting into the car scene. I'm 23 years old now and i think that i've moved past the Entry level Euro scene. Don't get me wrong, i still love slammed vw anything, mk1 all the way through mk6. I stare at anything low and slow going down the road, but i just don't want to own one anymore. This summer i'm going to be getting a promotion in rank, and i will have all my student loans and bills paid off. I told myself i'm not going to have any debt when I purchase my next car. I'd love a BMW, but i won't own one without a warranty. I was pretty set on getting g37, but i just saw the Scion FR-S. And i'm in love. I've got a few grand saved up, plus my tax return and whatever money i get for my car. So i've got a plan set up where it won't break the bank. I don't know, maybe my logic is wrong in why i'm upgrading. We'll see what happens
