  • This is gonna be EXPENSIVE!

I say that cause Im new to this forum and C/O aint cheap...but I gotta do it! No belly dragging for me cause I like my oil pan but I have some plans for some stance work in the new year. Anyway, here is my current situation. It may be hard to believe on this forum, but my 1991 325i cabrio is lowered. Here are some pix...

Yeah, I have allota work to do but my E30 has plenty of potential.
    Cheers!

Welcome to the site! Looks to be VERY clean. Just raise the motor a bit, make a skid plate, and drop it on its nuts.

looks like a very clean start. Driving extra low really isnt much worse than a lowered e30.

Youve gotta look out for the oilpan with any drop, just more so with coils and the like

Thanks for the kind words. I think RS's look perfect on a e30 and I want to get them. Yeah, they may be very popular and maybe played out but not here in NC. Im gonna lurk a bit to see whats out there but the only other sets I like other than the RS's are the Alpina 17" reps or Borbet E's 16x9. I want my next set to be period correct just like my current shoes.

Unless I score the perfect set of wheels, C/O are first and with that, the skid plate. Like I said, I have some work to do but its a great platform for some stance work.

I agree. Sure RS is a common choice, but it really fits your OEM+ lookin car.

Cleannnnn E30. Some stance will suit that car nicely.
