  • New from Canada!

Hey everyone, thought I might as well reg here to post a little work log and get some tips and ideas for my upcomming project.

Since I have never seen anyone slam and cam the car I own, I thought I might as well be a little different and try it out!

The soon to be project is a clean 99 Mercury Cougar, should turn out nicely in my opinion

Anyways I hope I can contribute to the forum, I'll be in and out since I'm busy with school and work so don't expect this to be a overnight project! But look out cause I'mma try and do some big things to this baby!

I have actually, though I haven't found any cougars that really caught my eye.
Might go on there if I have any suspension questions and such. Though there are many cougar forums that I can use as a resource for such things.

Ive heard so many cougar jokes with regards to my car that I guess I just brush it off now lmao!

Other then cam and slam and rolling fenders for stance might throw a few goodies in it... That is if I come across the money! As a 16 year old my funds are understandably... insufficient for anything too extreme. But, the "Ideal" list is new coilovers and struts, home grown skid plate, new shoes w/ a possible 4x108 to 4x100&4x114 2inch spacer/adapter. and possibly some cutting and fabricating the wheel well. though first I'll prob go for more of a casual look before I go aggressive with the stance.

Engine wise I'm not going to do much more then I already have, Coldair, full 2.5 to a 2.25ysplit dual zorst, reflashed ecu, bosch fuelpump and some pretty new injectors and a short shifter is enough for me on a daily driven car :p

aaaand that pretty much sums it all up, don't think i missed anything...

            and I'm from Edmonton
