  • Many greetings! Trying to learn how to build a set of wheels

Joining these forums so I can learn how to build a mean set of BBS RS.

    I'm looking to build a 17x9/17x10 set with around a +17 - +23 offset for the 17x9 and a +20 - +26 offset for the 17x10.

I've learned that I want to buy the narrowest barrel so I can put the biggest lips possible on them.

Hopefully between me signing up here and signing up on Wheel Whores...I might get lucky and find the perfect set!

If you guys have any tips and suggestions...please forward!

        Very useful. Bookmarked.

I found a place where I can order BBS RS barrels. Faces and then outer lips...

But how would I calculate the offset at that point? Most write-ups I see teach you how to calculate offset after modifying an existing set of RSs, not after building a set from scratch.
