Just signed up to your forum, having a lil browse round at some of your rides and projects you guys got goin. So far i've not clicked on a single thread and not had huge respect for both the whip and their owners. Think im guna like it on here......
Anyway my whip.....
Ive owned this cheeky colt since June 2011, so not too long. Its my 4th and best car yet!! I have modded my previous cars but with this one im goin for slam and poke as its jap. The forum was an obvious choice being the specialist in this scene, thought this would be the best place for me to come for feedback, suggestions and help. :-).
The car was nice enough as standard but like the rest of you on here i wanted to add my own mark on it,started with subtle interior mods like respraying headlining, adding arm rest and custom gear gaitor just to tidy it up abit. Then upgrading ice with alpine speakers, a kenwood headunit and descreet sony sub and amp in the boot.
Moving on the the exterior which is where the stance is beggining to take place, static drop on a set of bilstein b4 street coilovers. This lowers the front to near enough the tarmac and the rear (pig tail) is currently sitting tidy with the adjusters removed, I recently thro some 9j rh cup reps into the equation. They were a snug fit to say the least, giving that no one over on the cztoc forum believed it could be done! I showed them... with a lil persuation from the rolling pin on the arches and cutting bak the inner wheel arch liners the car now sits and drives flush.
