Hello Stanceworks.
im 21, i live in the woods in NJ right near the river bordering PA/Bucks county. Ive followed stanceworks probably for like a year or two just never was the type to join a forum. Anyways, first car was an old 95' 318 sedan in green, was the family car my mom being the original owner... besides the beneficial fun factor of being RWD, she opted for the Cold weather package would included the LSD and she was clever enough to also get the 5 speed so when I inherited it at 17, I fell in love with driving. Joined BMW CCA, started Auto-crossing. ETC... After totaling the poor car at like 400,000 something miles by sliding off an icy road onto slate at 15MPH, I found a mint 99' e36 coupe (328is in arctic silver) with 77k miles, 0 accidents, and 2 owners, bone stock, and I fell in love even more.
Long story short a little over a year ago when the original m52 engine went, I had a choice to make. Throw out the car which I had already started to mod/tune (clutch, flywheel, exhaust things like that) or get a newer heavier, more complicated, bimmer. I kept it, swapped in an s52 M3 motor, added some Bilstein coilovers, and a few other little things around the engine and such.. Im looking forward to this summer as Im finally saving up for some proper wheels/tires for the car. Ive subtly styled it but it still it still has a pretty stock appearance. Sorry for not having like a photo album of the car. I have this one from Blitzkrieg In Doylestown PA like last August. ... anyway. again, hello!
