I recently bought a 1989 Austin Mini Mayfair for just £400!
I have plans to make it italian job, with stance!

what are ur plans

Plans are to respray red, get all the brakes sorted out, do the interior, do the outside (Replacing Bumpers etc) Sort out the suspension (Getting a whole kit with camber arms and everything Getting the wheels done, probably going to be Revolutions the just finish up and get as low as possible.

Not bad for 400 quid! Looks relatively solid too. What are the sills like?

Checked it all over when we got her home, and all the seals are in good condition, surprised at the sub frames also! The old guy selling it barely drove it and didn't know how much they are worth!

Just seen this, unfortunately, very true!

Yeah, few rust spots around, in the boot corners there are a few holes, and that is all there is majorly at the moment.
