i might as well get on here for real. i've lurked for 2 years, but finally decided to start posting.
my name is Chad. i'm from michigan and run a lame under budget stance forum for the locals. lofurbish.com if you want to check it.
i've built many many cars. i'll throw some pics up of some. i work on cars for a living in a dealership setting. my passion is low cars/trucks.
i've been on here daily, the main reason being i'm in the market for an e36 coupe. this seems to have the most info for getting it to sit proper. ...or atleast giving me some pictures for inspiration. i'll make a build thread once the purchase has happened.
i'm currently building a mk4 jetta, but its been on the back burner since i've owned 4 mk4's and i'm losing interest.
enough talk, heres some pics of the cars i own.
current project turd. has 275k miles on the original 1.8t:

wheels i just finished polish/painted for it.

del sol i built last winter. meant to keep it dropped on wheels, then went nuts with b18 swap then turbo. decided it was just not my style. too much power for my needs. sold it.

mk4 2.0 daily:

winter beater:

looking forward to joining the forum!
